Refund Policy
Art of Travel offers refunds in accordance with the policies of contracted suppliers for personal travel, including tours. Payments made to Art of Travel are non-refundable. See the booking form for more information.
Please note that Art of Travel reserves the right to accept and cancel reservations for travelers joining escorted groups at our discretion. Every effort will be made to balance the group with the best interests of all travelers in mind. If during the booking process, our team anticipates a negative outcome for other travelers or that the tour may be disrupted by a traveling companion, the reservation will be canceled and any penalties incurred will be the client’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
1. Any changes to the online reservation are accepted only 24 hours prior to departure.
2. Changes made within 24 hours of booking must be made through our support team.
3. Our call center is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
4. Cancellations and rescheduling of online package tour reservations are not permitted.
5. Cancellations of online reservations must be made directly through the help desk.
