Char Dham Yatra with Kedarnath by Helicopter in Uttarakhand

Location: Char Dham in Uttarakhand with Kedarnath by Helicopter – From Delhi
Day 1: DELHI – HARIDWAR BY ROAD (230 KMS / 6-7 HOURS)
Morning pickup from Delhi Airport or Railway Station and transfer to Haridwar. Check into the hotel upon arrival. In the afternoon, visit key attractions in Haridwar, including Chandidevi Temple and Mansadevi Temple. Attend the famous Aarti ceremony at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay at the hotel in Barkot.
Day 2: HARIDWAR – BARKOT BY ROAD (APPROX. 210 KMS / 7-8 HOURS)
Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie. En route, visit Kempty Falls. On arrival at Barkot, check into the hotel. The rest of the day is free for acclimatization and relaxation. Overnight stay in Barkot. Summer temperatures range from 25–30°C.
Day 3: DRIVE TO JANKICHATTI/PHOOLCHATTI (APPROX. 38 KMS) AND TREK TO YAMUNOTRI – RETURN TO BARKOT (6 KMS EACH WAY)
Early morning drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti and begin the 6 km trek to Yamunotri. The trek can be completed on foot, horseback, or by Doli. At Yamunotri, bathe in the holy river’s origin and cook rice in the hot springs. Return to Barkot for an overnight stay. Summer temperatures range between 17–18°C during the day and 9–10°C at night.
Day 4: BARKOT – UTTARKASHI BY ROAD (APPROX. 90 KMS / 4 HOURS)
Drive to Uttarkashi. Upon arrival, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple. Check into the hotel. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi. Summer temperatures range between 30–35°C.
Day 5: UTTARKASHI – GANGOTRI – RETURN TO UTTARKASHI (100 KMS / APPROX. 3-4 HOURS EACH WAY)
Early morning drive to Gangotri. Stop at Gangnani for a holy dip in the Garam Kund hot springs. Continue to Gangotri via the scenic Harsil Valley, known for its natural beauty and deodar trees. At Gangotri, bathe in the sacred Bhagirathi River and visit Kedar Ganga Sangam. Perform pooja and return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 6: UTTARKASHI – GUPTKASHI (220 KMS / APPROX. 8-9 HOURS)
Drive to Guptkashi, passing the scenic Mandakini River at Tilwara. On arrival, check into the hotel. In the evening, visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight stay in Guptkashi. Summer temperatures range between 25–30°C.
Day 7: GUPTKASHI – PHATA HELIPAD (10 KMS) – KEDARNATH (BY HELICOPTER) – RETURN TO PHATA – GUPTKASHI
Morning drive to Phata Helipad for the helicopter ride to Kedarnath. Upon landing, walk approximately 700 meters to the temple. Visit the sacred Kedarnath Shrine, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Return to Phata by helicopter and drive back to Guptkashi. The rest of the day is free to explore. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 8: GUPTKASHI – BADRINATH (215 KMS / APPROX. 7 HOURS)
Drive to Badrinath. On arrival, check into the hotel. In the afternoon, visit attractions like Sesh Netra, Urvashi Temple, and Charanpaduka if time permits. Attend the evening Aarti at the famous Badrinath Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Overnight stay in Badrinath.
Day 9: BADRINATH – RUDRAPRAYAG (160 KMS / APPROX. 6 HOURS)
Take a morning dip in the Taptkund hot springs at Badrinath and offer prayers at Shri Badrivishal Temple. Drive to Rudraprayag, visiting the confluence of the Alaknanda and Dhauliganga rivers and Joshimath en route. Check into the hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Day 10: RUDRAPRAYAG – RISHIKESH (140 KMS / APPROX. 4-5 HOURS)
Drive to Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Check into the hotel upon arrival. In the afternoon, visit Bharat Mandir, Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, and Gita Press. In the evening, visit Parmarth Niketan and attend the renowned Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 11: RISHIKESH – DELHI (250 KMS / APPROX. 7-8 HOURS)
Drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the Airport or Railway Station for onward travel.
