Day 1: Arrival in Delhi – Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore)**
Guests assemble at the train station at 5:45 PM for check-in formalities. A traditional welcome is arranged, followed by a welcome drink. Guests are then escorted to their luxurious cabins. The train departs for Sawai Madhopur as guests relax on board. Dinner and overnight stay on the train.

Day 2: Sawai Madhopur – Ranthambore National Park
The train reaches Sawai Madhopur, known for **Ranthambore National Park**, one of the largest and most popular national parks in northern India.
– After breakfast, embark on a safari to explore the wildlife, including Bengal tigers, nilgai antelopes, chinkara gazelles, sambhar deer, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.
– Return to the train for lunch and relaxation. Later, enjoy a village tour and interact with locals. Tea is served at Sawai Madhopur Lodge, the former royal hunting lodge of Jaipur’s royal family.
– Return to the train, which departs for Agra. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 3: Agra
The train arrives in Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal.
– After breakfast, visit the Taj Mahal, a stunning marble mausoleum built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his wife.
– Enjoy lunch at a city hotel, then visit Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb (Baby Taj) and the Agra Fort.
– Free time for shopping or spa treatments before returning to the train. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 4: Jaipur
Welcome to the Pink City, Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital.
– After breakfast, visit Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. En route, stop at iconic landmarks like Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar.
– Enjoy lunch at a city hotel, followed by options for a spa session or exploring Jaipur’s vibrant markets.
– Return to the train for dinner and overnight stay as it departs for Udaipur.

Day 5: Udaipur
Arrive in **Udaipur**, the City of Lakes, nestled amidst the Aravalli Hills.
– After breakfast, visit the **City Palace**, the largest palace complex in Rajasthan, and its Crystal Gallery.
– Take a boat ride on **Lake Pichola** to reach **Jagmandir Palace**, where lunch is served with live Tabla and Jal Tarang performances.
– Return to the train and enjoy a heritage walk in the old city. Dinner and overnight stay on board as the train departs for Vadodara.

Day 6: Vadodara
Arrive in Vadodara, the former capital of the Gaekwads.
– After breakfast, visit the UNESCO-listed **Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park**, showcasing Indo-Islamic architecture.
– Return to the train for lunch. Later, visit the **Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum**, a treasure trove of art, and enjoy high tea at **Laxmi Vilas Palace**, a grand royal residence.
– Witness cultural performances and local delicacies before returning to the train for dinner and an overnight journey to Aurangabad.

Day 7: Aurangabad – Ellora Caves
The train reaches **Aurangabad**, named after Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb.
– After a leisurely breakfast, visit the UNESCO-listed **Ellora Caves**, featuring rock-cut temples representing Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.
– Return to the train and enjoy an evening onboard as the journey continues to Mumbai. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 8: Mumbai
The **Deccan Odyssey** arrives at Mumbai’s **Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus**, marking the end of the journey.
– After breakfast, guests disembark and bid farewell to this luxurious train tour.
