Day 01 – ARRIVAL KOLKATA
Assistance upon arrival. After arrival Transfer to the hotel. (Check-in time 1400 Hrs.)
Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 02 – KOLKATA
After breakfast full day city tour of Kolkata begin with a visit to Dalhousie Square (B.B.D. Bagh), the historic heart of British-era Kolkata, surrounded by magnificent colonial buildings and administrative landmarks such as Raj Bhawan, St. John’s Church, Calcutta High Court, General Post Office (GPO), Town Hall, Writers’ Building, and other important heritage structures, offering an excellent introduction to the city’s rich architectural and colonial past.
Proceed towards the iconic Howrah Bridge, one of the busiest cantilever bridges in the world and a major symbol of Kolkata, enjoying views of the Hooghly River and daily city life, followed by a visit to the nearby Mullick Ghat Flower Market, one of Asia’s largest wholesale flower markets, famous for its vibrant colors, religious offerings, and lively atmosphere.
Continue to St. Paul’s Cathedral, a beautiful Gothic-style Anglican Church known for its stained-glass windows, peaceful ambience, and impressive architecture.
Thereafter, visit the grand Victoria Memorial, built in white marble and dedicated to Queen Victoria, surrounded by lush gardens and housing a museum showcasing Kolkata’s colonial history, paintings, and artifacts (closed on Mondays and National Holidays).
Also visit the Indian Museum, the oldest and largest museum in India, featuring extensive collections of archaeological finds, fossils, sculptures, manuscripts, and historical relics (closed on Mondays and National Holidays).
Finally, visit Mother House, the headquarters of the Missionaries of Charity, where Mother Teresa lived and worked, and pay respects at her tomb while visiting the small museum dedicated to her life and humanitarian service (closed on Thursdays). Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 03 – KOLKATA TO GUWAHATI by Train 27575-1820/0820 Hrs. (+01)
Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast visit Marble Palace, Marble Palace is a stunning 19th-century heritage mansion located in North Kolkata, built in 1835 by Raja Rajendra Mullick. Renowned for its elegant neoclassical architecture, the palace is constructed with high-quality marble imported from Italy and features beautifully decorated halls, balconies, and courtyards. Marble Palace offers visitors a glimpse into the opulent lifestyle of Bengal’s aristocracy and remains one of Kolkata’s finest preserved heritage homes, reflecting the city’s rich cultural and artistic legacy.
Fort William (Drive Pass) Fort William is a historic military fortress located on the eastern banks of the Hooghly River in Kolkata, built by the British in 1781. Surrounded by lush green lawns and spread over a vast area, it serves as the headquarters of the Eastern Command of the Indian Army.

In time transfer to the Railway Station to Board the Train to Guwahati.

Day 04 – ARRIVAL GUWAHATI
GUWAHATI TO SHILONG by Surface 100 Kms / 03 Hrs.
On arrival at Railway Station, meet and assist by our representative and proceed towards Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, popularly known as the “Scotland of the East.”
En route, visit the scenic Brahmaputra Riverfront, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mighty river, spend leisure time for photography, and experience a short day cruise on the Brahmaputra River (subject to availability) for a relaxing view of the river and city skyline. Continue the drive towards Shillong, passing through lush green hills and picturesque landscapes. Also visit to Umiam Lake (Barapani), a stunning man-made reservoir surrounded by pine-covered hills, ideal for photo stops and relaxation. Later, proceed to Shillong. On arrival, check in at the hotel and rest. Evening is free at leisure to explore nearby markets or relax. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 05 – SHILLONG TO MAWLLYNONG & DAWKI – EXCURSION
After breakfast drive towards Mawlynnong Village. Mawlynnong Village located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, also referred as ‘God’s own garden’ has won the acclaim of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village known for its cleanliness is located around 90 kms from Shillong and is a community based eco-tourism initiative. The community has made collective effort to maintain the ambience of a clean village. The village offers picturesque natural beauty, a trek to the living Root Bridge at a neighbouring village Riwai. The village also offers a sight of natural balancing rock, a strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. Later on short trek to the Living Root Bridge (30 minutes) and explore the village. Also visit Dawki (Indo-Bangladesh border), one can enjoy boat ride at crystal clear water of Umngot River (boat ride on direct payment). Evening drive back to Shillong & overnight stay.

Day 06 – SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJI – SHILLONG DAY EXCURSION
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Cherrapunji (Sohra), one of the wettest places on Earth, renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, waterfalls, limestone caves, and living root bridges. The scenic drive passes through lush green hills, deep valleys, and mist-covered roads, offering spectacular views of the Meghalaya countryside.
En route, visit Elephant Falls, a beautiful three-tier waterfall and one of the most popular attractions near Shillong. Continue towards Cherrapunji, enjoying panoramic views of rolling hills and cloud-filled valleys.
On arrival at Cherrapunji, visit Nohkalikai Falls, the tallest plunge waterfall in India, offering a magnificent view as water cascades down from a great height into a turquoise pool below. Proceed to Seven Sisters Falls (Nohsngithiang Falls), a stunning series of waterfalls best viewed during the monsoon and post-monsoon seasons.
Next, explore Mawsmai Cave, a fascinating limestone cave with naturally formed stalactites and stalagmites, providing a unique underground experience. Continue to Eco Park, which offers sweeping views of the Bangladesh plains and surrounding waterfalls.
Later, visit Arwah Cave (optional), known for its limestone formations and fossil remains embedded in the rocks. Also stop at Thangkharang Park, a scenic viewpoint overlooking deep gorges and valleys.
After completing sightseeing, proceed back to Shillong. En route, enjoy short photo stops at scenic viewpoints and roadside cafés. On arrival in Shillong, return to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 07 – SHILLONG TO KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
By Surface 225 Kms / 05 Hrs.
After breakfast drive to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its population of the one-horned rhinoceros. Enjoy a thrilling jeep or elephant safari through lush grasslands and wetlands, home to elephants, wild buffalo, deer, and a wide variety of bird species. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 08 – KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
Early morning go for an elephant ride – Elephant ride is the best way to behold the vigour and charm of the enchanting wildlife of the park. Return to resort for your breakfast. Mid-morning explore the Kaziranga Orchid center. Afternoon go for a jeep safari in the park. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 09 – KAZIRANGA – GUWAHATI by Surface 175 Kms / 04 Hrs
GUWAHATI TO KOLKATA by Train 27575-1820/0820 Hrs. (+01)
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Guwahati. Upon arrival transfer to the Railway Station to board the Train for Kolkata.
Overnight on board in the Train.

Day 10 – LEAVE KOLKATA
Assistance upon arrival at Railway Station. After arrival transfer to the International Airport to board the flight for onward destination.
