Terms and Conditions Policy
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for most tours must be made when we confirm availability. Payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking through one of the following methods:
– Visiting our office and making the payment, OR
– Paying online via PayPal (we will send you an online invoice), OR
– Depositing the amount into our bank account, OR
– Sending us a check payable to “Art of Travel India Holidays Pvt Ltd” at our office address.
Please note that PayPal accepts Indian debit/credit cards, so please use one of these payment methods.
Refunds
Refund amounts are generally returned within 7 business days; however, the time required for funds to be credited to your account is determined by your financial institution. Please check with your financial institution regarding their specific rules on returned or refunded transactions.
Refunds are limited to one per booking. If your travel arrangements require more than one change, canceling the entire booking may be necessary. Any eligible refund will be sent to your financial institution for crediting your account according to their policies. Rescheduling your trip will require a new, separate payment.
Art of Travel India Holidays Pvt Ltd has no obligation to issue refunds if:
1. The payment was received 90 days or more before the refund request for a booking transaction.
2. The purchase requires **more than one** refund or credit.
3. Your financial institution issues you a refund for a **disputed booking transaction and then sends Art of Travel a chargeback(a chargeback reverses the payment made to Art of Travel for the refunded transaction).
4. The booking is for **non-refundable** travel products or services.
5. You cannot provide **complete and accurate** information required to process the refund or credit.
6. The refund request has already been processed via **CC Avenue** but has not yet been applied to the original payment source.
7. The refund request directs Art of Travel to issue the refund to a **different financial institution** than the one from which the original payment was received.
8. The payment for which the refund is requested was **not received** by Art of Travel due to force majeure or other causes beyond our direct control.
Refunds that require special handling **may be delayed**. If a refund cannot be processed within standard refund protocols or is requested **after 90 days**, additional information and documentation of the original charge may be required.
All information provided to **Art of Travel** for refund processing will be protected in accordance with our current **Privacy Policy**.
Regarding Voucher, Invoice, and Booking Confirmation
As soon as **Art of Travel India Holidays Pvt Ltd** receives payments and bookings on its website, an **auto-generated email** will be sent to the customer with the **booking confirmation, invoice, and voucher** through the system.
