Pushkar Fair with Rajasthan

Day 1: ARRIVAL IN DELHI
Arrival in Delhi. Transfer to the hotel (check-in time: 12:00 PM). Check-in and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: DELHI
After breakfast, explore Old Delhi including Red Fort (drive through), Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, Rajghat – Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial, and a rickshaw ride through the bustling Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit New Delhi, including Birla Temple, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Qutub Minar, and a drive past India Gate and government buildings. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: DELHI – AGRA by road (204 km / approximately 3 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Agra. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon: visit the Taj Mahal, one of the most romantic structures in the world. Famous for its architectural magnificence and aesthetic beauty, it is one of mankind’s proudest creations to commemorate love (closed on Fridays). Later, visit Agra Fort, which houses Moti Masjid, Diwan-I-Am (Public Audience Hall), Diwan-I-Khas (Private Audience Hall), Octagonal Tower, Jahangir’s Palace, and many other monuments. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: AGRA/FATEHPUR SIKRI/JAIPUR by road (250 km / 4½ hrs)
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Jaipur by road, visiting Fatehpur Sikri en route, the imperial city built by Akbar. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: JAIPUR
In the morning: visit Amber Fort, riding on elephants. The painted miniatures on the walls depict scenes of hunting, war, and festivals. Precious stones and mirrors are embedded in the plaster. On the way to Amber Fort, stop for photos at Hawa Mahal – Palace of Winds. In the afternoon: city tour of Jaipur starting with City Palace of Maharaja, Jantar Mantar – the world’s largest stone and marble observatory. Situated near the entrance of the City Palace, it has 17 large instruments, many still in use. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: JAIPUR – PUSHKAR by road (152 km / 2½ hrs)
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Pushkar. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon for leisure activities and to enjoy the sacred place. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: PUSHKAR
After breakfast, tour of Pushkar, an important pilgrimage site for Hindus. Located on the edge of a desert along the picturesque Pushkar Lake, it is a significant place for Hindus. Surrounded by hills on three sides, Pushkar is filled with temples, the most famous being the Brahma Temple, the only temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in the country. Though a serene city, Pushkar comes alive during the festive celebrations every year. Later, visit Pushkar Lake, believed to be as old as creation, and has been a pilgrimage site for centuries. There are 52 bathing ghats built around this lake. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: PUSHKAR – JODHPUR by road (187 km / 3½ hrs)
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon: visit Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a 125-meter-high structure in Rajasthan. Within the fort are magnificent palaces with meticulously carved panels, lattice windows or “Jarokhas” with evocative names, and Jaswant Thada. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9: JODHPUR – DELHI by flight (AI476 – 14:35 / 15:50 hrs)
Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for the flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check-in. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: DEPARTURE FROM DELHI
Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
