Day 01 – Arrival in Delhi
Transfer to the hotel and assistance upon arrival. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 of DELHI
Morning: Explore Old Delhi after breakfast. Jama Masjid is India’s largest Mosque. Drive past the Red Fort, and Chandni Chowk – an ancient Mughal imperial street now bustling in shops. Ride a rickshaw through the bustling bazaars at Chandni Chowk. Visit Raj Ghat to see Mahatma Ghandi’s memorial.
Afternoon Tour New Delhi. See the Qutab Minar (12th century), India Gate (a memorial to war), President’s House (formerly Viceroy’s Palace), Parliament House and Secretariat Buildings, which are a mix of Victorian and twentieth-century architecture. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: DELHI – AJMER BY TRAINS (12015: 0610-1255) AJMER – PUSHKAR ON ROAD (15 KM /40 m)
Transfer to Ajmer train station. Drive to Pushkar. The Brahma temple, built in the 14th century, is the only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma. It’s located near the holy Pushkar Lake. Pushkar is known for its Annual Camel Fair, which takes place in October/November. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: PUSHKAR CAML FAIR
The world-famous Pushkar Camel Fair is a five-day event that attracts traders, pilgrims and tourists. The events include camel racing, cultural performances and competitions such as the longest mustache or bridal contest. Pushkar Lake is a place where thousands gather to worship and bathe. Women can shop for bracelets, textiles and other items at bustling markets. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 : PUSHKAR – JAIPUR (146 KM / 3.5 HRS)
Morning at leisure. Drive to Jaipur later. Visit the Birla temple to see the Aarti ceremony. Check in at the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: JAIPUR
Morning: Ride an elephant to Amber Fort. Explore the Jag Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and take photos of the Hawa Mahal.
Afternoon Tour Jaipur City including the City Palace, which is a museum and a royal residence, as well as the Jantar Mantar Observatory (the largest observatory of its kind). Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07 : JAIPUR – FATEHPUR SIKRI – AGRA BY ROAD 260 KM / 5.5 HRS
After breakfast, drive towards Agra. Visit Fatehpur Sikri en route. Check-in at the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 8: AGRA
Visit the Taj-Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of love around the world (closed Fridays). Agra Fort is a complex that includes notable structures such as the Moti Mosjid and Diwan-I-Am. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 09 : AGRA – JHANSI BY TRAN (12002: 07 :55 -10 :45) JHANSI – ORCHHA – KHAJURAHO ON ROAD (180 KM / 5.5 HRS)
Train to Jhansi. Visit monuments such as the Ram Raja Temple and Jehangiri Mahal in Orchha. Continue to Khajuraho and its UNESCO listed temples. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 10 : KHAJURAHO – VARANASI (400 KM / 8.3 HRS)
Drive to Varanasi. Check-in to the hotel upon arrival. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in the hotel
Day 11 – VARANASI
Morning Take a boat ride along the Ganges at sunrise, while observing Hindu rituals. Visit Varanasi’s Bharat Mata Temple and Shanta Durga Temple. Also, visit Banaras Hindu University.
Afternoon : Excursion in Sarnath to Sarnath where Buddha delivered his first sermon. Aarti on the Ganges is a great way to end the day. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 : VARANASI-DELHI BY FLY (AI405 12:45-14.25)
Transfer to the airport to catch your flight to Delhi. Continue transiting to your next destination.
